​Year-Round Staff Positions:

Director of Operations and Guest Services:

FTE: 1.0 (Full Time)
Salary Range: $39,000 - 42,000 per year
Benefits: Housing & Utilities; Health Insurance; 4% Contribution to Retirement


The Director of Operations and Guest Services is a systems-minded, good communicator who is highly organized and flexible. This person manages systems and staff, collaborating with the bookkeeper to guarantee financial sustainability and working with a variety of guest groups and programs.

Job Description
Youth Program Director:

FTE May - Aug: 1.0 (Full-Time)
FTE Sept - April: 0.5 - 0.75 FTE

Salary May 1 - Aug 31: $685 per week
Hourly Sept 1 - April 30: $15 per hour
Benefits: Housing & Utilities

The Youth Program Director is an energetic, passionate, child-focused person with skills in planning and running programming for children and youth. This person is responsible for Summer Camps and Winter Youth Retreats, and they will serve as an Outdoor & Environmental Education teacher in the autumn and spring.

Job Description
Park Manager:

FTE: 1.0 (April 15 - Oct 31)
Salary: $685 per week
Benefits: Housing & Utilities (April 15 - Oct 31)


The Amigo Park Manager is a welcoming, relationship-minded person with skills in basic maintenance and hospitality. This person manages campground reservations, maintains the campground facilities and grounds, builds community among guests, and operates the camp store.

This role can be paired with a part-time kitchen or maintenance position at Amigo Centre to provide year-round employment and housing.

Job Description
Bookkeeper:

FTE: 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week)
Hourly Range: $15-18 per hour

The Bookkeeper is experienced in bookkeeping for nonprofit organizations with knowledge of financial regulation. This person manages and keeps detailed records of Amigo Centre's financial transactions and can work within the bounds of Amigo Centre's mission and goals.

Other Camp Work:

Kitchen
The kitchen staff position involves preparing and serving meals, as well as cleaning the dining hall after meals. Kitchen staff routinely work on weekends throughout the year.

Kitchen staff must be at least 16.
