Schedule Your Retreat

• Call or email the Guest Services Coordinator. Helpful information to have on hand:
  • Preferred dates or time of year for your retreat
  • Approximate number of guests (including adults and children)
  • Type of group (family reunion, Sunday School class, marriage retreat, etc.)
  • Lodging & meeting areas you'd like to reserve.
• Make a reservation. The Guest Services Coordinator will send you a contract with your initial reservation details. Within one month, sign and return the contract with a deposit to secure your reservation.

2 Months Before Arrival

• Confirm final lodging and facility reservations with the Guest Services Coordinator.
• Begin discussing activity options with your group.

1 Month Before Arrival

• Confirm meal times and approximate meal numbers with the Guest Services Coordinator.
• Send the Dietary Request Form to guests to return within two weeks.
• Discuss options for meeting space set-up with the Guest Services Coordinator:
  • How many tables and chairs do you want?
  • Do you need a sound system, microphones, music stands, etc.?
  • Will you use a projector and screen or tv?
  • Would you like to add on snacks or coffee service, or will you bring your own?
  • Do you want hymnals, a keyboard, or piano?
• Request specific activities to ensure Amigo has the proper supplies and staff available.

2 Weeks Before Arrival

• Email or call the Guest Services Coordinator with final meal numbers & food allergies/sensitivities.
• Confirm that the Guest Services Coordinator has noted your set-up needs for your meeting areas.
• Communicate the Guest Guidelines and any additional details from Amigo to the rest of your group.

Upon Arrival

• Check in at the Retreat Center Front Office. Meet the staff or volunteer host who will be on-call through your stay.
• Pay your full reservation balance and discuss any last-minute details with Amigo. If you know you're rebooking, discuss dates and pay your next deposit.
• Pick up your room key, settle in, and enjoy your stay!
