Amigo Bike Michiana for MCC
September 11-13, 2026
Join other bicycle enthusiasts of all skill levels for an enjoyable experience of pedaling the beautiful lake and farmland region of southern Michigan and northern Indiana, through rolling and flat terrain. Surrounding the bike rides there will be fellowship, worship, and other activities at Amigo.
Money raised by riders and corporate sponsors in 2025 supported water projects in India through Mennonite Central Committee. These projects harvest mountain streams, providing access to clean water for villagers in rural communities in the Odisha region of India for use in homes and agriculture. MCC partners with Institute of Social Action and Research Activities (ISARA) and the Odisha villagers to improve the health, social, and economic security of families in the village. Les Gustafson-Zook and Claude Schrock visited three villages that have participated in these water projects this past year and will share their stories at the Saturday evening presentation.

New this year!We are excited to announce that this year we are planning to include some alternate activities and family components to the program.
This year's schedule will include alternate activity options for children ages 0-15, some of which will be fully staffed by Amigo while the adults can ride, and others that require one adult's supervision per family group. We are also offering alternate activities for anyone else who wants to be a part of them - young, old, and in between! Tentative Schedule for 2025
