Winter Youth Retreats are just what the name suggests: A time and place for Jr and Sr Highers to get away from the doldrums of the winter school season with their church youth groups. We provide the housing, food and bring in a great Christian speaker and band. Youth bring their energy and courage to take on the tube run, come ready to meet lots of other youth and prepare to be challenged spiritually. Youth Sponsers provide leadership, guidance and direction for the individuals from their home congregations. And EVERYBODY has a flippin' awesome time! Youth Sponsors click here for more info...

"Telling God's
Story"
Everything around us tells us that to be “cool” we need to look a certain way, act a certain way, and talk a certain way. So we spend 24 hours a day trying to recreate ourselves. But God created each one of us to be individuals, individuals with something to offer. And it is through this individuality that we can become a critical part in the body of Christ, the church. So come and help us work at what it means to be a child of God within Christ's community.
We often look at Bible Stories to tell us about ourselves and how we should be or act.Together we will change our focus and through biblical storytelling look at who God is.We will look at the nature of God revealed through how God has treated people in the Bible and how God still approaches us.

"Redefining Success: Identity, Faith and Call"
"Family Ties: Finding God's Grace in Imperfect Families"
Join Michele Hershberger from Hesston College as she explores how Jesus defines success. The world sees performance, a good reputation and fancy cars as success, but what does the Bible say? And which type of success brings true contentment? And how can we respond to a call to that new way of being?
Most of us have a picture in
our mind of what a perfect family would look like … and most of us know that
our own families come up short of this ideal. Drawing on stories from the
Bible, Mennonite history and daily life, John D. Roth will focus our thoughts
on how God continues to be present--sometimes in surprising ways--even when our
families turn out to be less than perfect.
