Horse Camp: Combines opportunities for campers to learn more about basic western horsemanship and participate in classic camp activities.At nearby Manowe’ Acres, Horse Camp 1 focuses on beginning riding skills, horse and stable care, and trail riding.Horse Camp 2 builds on basic horsemanship to help campers increase in skill, comfort and poise.It is recommended that campers complete Horse Camp 1 prior to Horse Camp 2, unless the child has significant riding experience.Each camp is limited to 8 youth; Horse Camp 1 ages 11-14, Horse Camp 2 ages 13-15.
Survivor Camp: Allows campers the chance to learn wilderness and survival skills while being put to the test in our Survivor-like challenges.Campers will spend several nights away from the comfort of cabins and have the task of providing their own shelter for one night, navigate with a compass through an orienteering course, build fires without matches and cook your own food over a fire.With challenges based on wilderness skills, campers will work together to become the ultimate survivor.Do you think you have what it takes to survive?For ages 13-15.
Sports Camp:We are again teaming up with BethanyChristianSchools to give Jr. High Campers the opportunity to increase their skills in Volleyball, Girls and Boys Soccer and Girls and Boys Basketball.Campers will also have the opportunity to participate in classic camp activities like archery, fishing, swimming, capture the flag and worship.For campers entering 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade.
St. Joe Week:A camping program offered to underprivileged children from St. Joseph County, MI.Campers participate in a week of camp free of charge, supported by donations of our constituents, local businesses and anyone else who want to support this very important week of camp.Please consider donating money for this unique week of ministry.Give us a call for more information, 269-651-2811.
Teen Adventure: offers a unique opportunity to discover your own strengths and limitations while participating with others in a safe, but challenging environment.The challenge focus this year will be on biking and will includ an overnight bike trip off grounds.Other activities may include a climbing wall, swimming, free time, worship/reflection, and boating.Register early; there are only 15 openings available.For ages 15-17.
