Below are links to documents need for planning your trip to Amigo Centre. These documents were previously sent through the mail as part of the "Teacher's Packet."
O/EE Cost Calculator Form | Pre-Trip Forms | Packet Forms and Documents
The Pre-Trip Forms link contains three forms: The Teacher Information and Teacher Checklist are to assist you with preparations for your visit. The School Information Form (two page document) is to assist the staff at Amigo Centre in preparing for your visit. The School Information Form needs to be completed and sent to Amigo Centre two weeks before your Outdoor/Environmental Education experience.
Other forms from the Teacher Packet are found in Packet Forms and Documents, and are there for you to download as is or revise as needed.
