Outdoor / Environmental Education Program

       Our desire is to utilize our diverse natural setting to provide hands-on experiences that build on standards being covered in the classroom.  All of our curriculum is linked to the Michigan and Indiana academic standards.

  • "Nature, Up Close and Personal" - Nature Center
  • "Slimy and Scaly" - Reptiles and Amphibians
  • "Tear It Up!" - Paper Making and Recycling
  • "Who Goes There?" - Animal Tracks and Signs
  • "Frosted Flakes" - Science of Snow (Winter Only)
